SRM Public School Wins the Junior National Championship at the World Robotics Olympiad Competition

SRM Public School turned cynosure of all eyes when its students won junior national championship at World Robotics Olympiad Competition.

The proud winners were Jhanavarshan N (Grade 8) and Saransh Singhania R (Grade 9) who are the students of SRM Public School. The contest was held recently in Noida.

They secured the coveted 1st place in the Junior category competing along with 206 teams across diverse categories and registered their names in the All India Roll of Honour with the title “The Future Innovators.”

The event was organized by World Robot Olympiad Association. The award winning project of the school students was about harnessing wind power and leveraging technology to create an automatic shipping guide, emphasizing both sustainability and efficiency.

Their school had provided them all the encouragement recognizing the potential of this innovative project of its students.

It’s a proud moment for the institution. The winning students of this school will be making way to the grand finale of World Robotics Olympiad which is set to unfold in Panama City during the first week of November 2023.

Contestants from India will compete on a global stage alongside 95 other nations. The teams representing India are brimming with confidence, poised to secure international acclaim.

The World Robot Olympiad™ Association, a global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing robotics education in STEM fields, boasts of 84 member countries worldwide.
It continues to serve as a beacon of inspiration for budding scientists, engineers, and innovators worldwide.

As the countdown begins for the World Robotics Olympiad 2023 in Panama City, SRM Public School’s representation eagerly awaits the global stage.
