Suguna Feeds Innovative Intellects event concluded in a grand manner
A Rural Marketing Contest focussing on the agro-food sector by Suguna Foods in collaboration with PSG Institute of Management
Coimbatore, 20th April, 2023: India’s largest poultry conglomerate, Suguna Foods had organised the ‘Suguna Feeds Innovative Intellects’ – a rural marketing contest in collaboration with PSG Institute of Management. The two-day event rolled out on the 18th and 19th of April witnessed more than 75 entries from various colleges across the country and came to a conclusion by Mr.Murali GM – Feed Sales & Marketing from Suguna Foods and Dr.Arul Rajan – HOD Marketing Dept, PSGIM presented the awards to the winners from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Thiagarajar School Of Management (TSM) Madurai and PSG Institute of Management. VIT School of Business, Vellore was awarded the best presentation for a truly unique, out-of-the-box idea.
This one-of-a-kind event provided a worthy platform to understand the rural marketing nuances and vastness towards the agro-food sector, especially focussing on animal feeds. The program which had interactive sessions and panel discussions also increased awareness for students to know more about the agro-food industry and its contribution to India’s economy. With 15 entries shortlisted from the total number, the enthusiastic students battled it out in an energetic grand finale narrowing it down to the final 3. The winning teams had been congratulated and had received trophies and internship programs with the Suguna Feeds Dept of Suguna Foods.
