GIC Re organised an exhibition on the occasion of Partition Horrors Remembrance Day

Mumbai: Hon’ble Prime Minister in his speech on 15.8.2021, declared 14th August to be observed as “ Partition Horrors Remembrance Day”.

As per the directives of DFS GIC Re observed 14th August as “ Partition Horrors Remembrance Day”, envisaged to bring to light the agony, sufferings and pain of millions of people who were the sufferers of partition. It reminds the country about the largest displacement of the human population in the last century, which also claimed the lives of a large number of people.

GIC Re had organised an exhibition on the occasion of Partition Horrors Remembrance Day

Mr. M.R. Kumar former Chairman of Life Insurance Corporation of India was present to inaugurate the exhibition.
