Chennai May 2023: Indulge in the authentic taste of Chettinad cuisine with the culinary skills of Mangalam Aachi and Solai Aachi two renowned sisters from the Pudukkotai and Karaikudi districts. Their culinary expertise involves generations of family recipes and skills passed on from their mothers. They are well versed in authentic Chettinad cuisine from their childhood days.
Indulge in their signature dishes namely, Chettinad Meen Kuzhambu, Chettinad Mutton Kola Urundai, Chettinad fish fry, Chettinad Chicken Curry, Chettinad special Vendakkai Mandi, Varieties of Murukku (Seepu Seedai, Thenkuzhal Murukku, Mullu Murukku) from May 11th – 15th 2023.
Chef Murthi brings with him robust experience of 2 decades that strides through his early years working across a range of hospitality units through the ranks. During his leisure time, he actively travels to remote villages spread across India to gather knowledge and insights on native cuisines from each state and presents them through eclectic culinary showcases.
The execution of this food extravaganza rests with Chef Murthi who along with his talented team will ensure both Mangalam and Solai Aachi’s vision comes to life.
In the quest of delivering authentic cuisine, Chef Murthi has collaborated with both sisters and has done an intensified research on ensuring Chettinad by Aachi is as good as it can get.
