Unleash the power within you with “The Women’s Wellness Camp” taking place in Chennai from 12th till 16th of December, 2022 at Utopia World
Utopia’s The Women’s Wellness Camp 2022 calls for all female fitness enthusiasts from all over Chennai to come together and celebrate living a healthy life from 12th till 16th of December, 2022 at the Utopia World.
The Women’s Wellness Camp 2022 is aimed to encourage more women to switch to a fit and healthy lifestyle and to give them the confidence to do so. A combination of one hour group workouts focussing on physical and mental wellness has been planned with the help of licensed experts.
These five days include fun and exciting workouts, Zumba, strength and flexibility workout as well as yoga by certified fitness experts. They will also conduct a mini health check up by a medical expert who will provide health and hygiene with nutrition tips specialized for women.
